Team Positions Available

Intermediate/Senior Accountant
We are currently seeking a full-time Intermediate / Senior Accountant to join our team based in the Parramatta CBD.

As an Intermediate / Senior Accountant, you will be working collaboratively with our Client Managers to provide quality accounting services to a variety of businesses in an efficient and timely manner.

Key attributes required for the role, include:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

  • Completed or working towards completion of CA qualified.

  • 3+ years previous relevant accounting experience or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • High level of attention to detail and highly organised.

  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

  • Sound working knowledge of the Australian accounting and tax legislation.

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance issues.

  • Good interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills.

This role will see you responsible for:

  • Assisting Client Managers, Directors & the team to attend to client affairs.

  • Liaise & correspond with clients in the day-to-day running of the client’s accounting needs.

  • Undertaking bookkeeping & accounting for clients.

  • Undertaking the preparation of tax returns, BAS & IAS, Workers Compensation, Superannuation & Payroll tax.

  • Undertaking the preparation & reconciliation of financial statements.

  • Liaising with external bodies, such as ATO, ASIC, Revenue NSW and suppliers as directed.
